Ogheneruona Diemuodeke (Spring ’18) Secures Funding for Renewable Energy Curriculum

Ogheneruona Diemuodeke has secured funding for curriculum development – MSc in Energy Access and Renewable Energy Technology (EA-RET) – under the Transforming Energy Access – Learning Partnership program, funded by the Department for International Development of the United Kingdom (DfID) and overseen by the Carbon Trust. The proposed MSc program will respond to decentralized, off-grid and mini-grid clean energy production for household, productive (e.g., agro-processing, small businesses, etc.) and public (e.g., schools, healthcare facilities, etc.) uses. According to Dr. Diemuodeke, his training at MIT has contributed to this success.
